- Use weekly or every 3 shampoos
- Use the entire ampoule on damp hair
- Apply to lengths, ends and damaged areas
- Twist each strand for better penetration
- Let sit for 5 minutes
- Rinse
- Proceed with Pro Longer shampoo, rinse
- Repeat shampoo
- Follow with conditioner or mask
